    Are you interested in one of our puppies for a pet or with breeding rights?

    For pet homes: Do you agree to spay (after first heat) or neuter your dog no later than 18 months of age? (This would be included in our sales/health contract.)

    Do you agree that your $500 reservation fee is non-refundable but is transferable up to 2 years?
