Why Our Reservation Fee Is Nonrefundable?
Our reservation fee helps ensure that each puppy is matched with a committed family. When you place a reservation, that specific spot is held just for you — meaning we turn away other interested families for that same puppy or litter.

This fee also helps cover the time, care, and administrative costs that go into planning each litter, communicating with families, and maintaining the health and well-being of our dogs. Because of this commitment and preparation, the reservation fee is nonrefundable.

We want every family to feel confident and excited about their decision, and we’re always happy to answer any questions before a reservation is made.

Important Information

The breeder reserves the right to reserve the first-second pick of any litter. Not always will we hold back a puppy.
(This helps us continue our breeding program)

If you have committed to a litter and decide to back-out; it must be done before puppies are 4 weeks of age in order to transfer to a future litter; otherwise your reservation fee is non-transferable. Your reservation fee will be held for 2 years. After the 2 years we will assume you are no longer interested in getting a puppy. –Selection is between 4-6 weeks old.

Before litters are born you can reserve by placing a non refundable $500 reservation fee for a Bernese Mountain Dog. The reservation fee will place you on our waiting list. Picks are given in the order I receive your deposits. All reservation fee’s are non refundable but are transferable to any litter within two years of deposit.
  • We use Square for all of our payment processing.

Basic 10-point puppy training plan to get you started:
  1. Socialization: Introduce your puppy to various people, animals, and environments to help them become comfortable and confident in different situations.
  2. Basic Commands: Begin teaching essential commands such as “sit,” “stay,” “come,” and “leave it.” Use positive reinforcement (treats, praise) to reward good behavior.
  3. House Training: Establish a consistent routine for potty training. Take your puppy outside frequently, especially after meals or naps, and reward them for going in the appropriate spot.
  4. Crate Training: Introduce your puppy to a crate as a safe and comfortable space. Gradually increase the duration they spend inside and use positive reinforcement to create a positive association.
  5. Leash Training: Teach your puppy to walk on a leash without pulling. Start with short walks in a low-distraction environment and reward them for walking calmly beside you.
  6. Bite Inhibition: Puppies explore the world with their mouths, but it’s important to teach them bite inhibition. Redirect biting onto appropriate toys and discourage hard biting.
  7. Social Skills: Arrange playdates or enroll your pup in puppy training classes to help them learn appropriate play behavior, bite inhibition, and how to interact with other dogs.
  8. Handling and Grooming: Gradually introduce your puppy to being touched, groomed, and examined. This helps them become comfortable with veterinary visits and grooming sessions.
  9. Distraction Training: Teach your puppy to focus on you even in distracting environments. Start in a quiet place and gradually increase the distractions, rewarding their attention.
  10. Obedience Training: Continue expanding their command repertoire with more advanced cues like “down,” “heel,” and “stay.” Practice these commands in various environments and reward their successes.
Remember to keep training sessions short, positive, and consistent. Use rewards, praise, and patience to encourage your puppy’s progress. Additionally, consult a professional dog trainer for personalized guidance and support throughout the training process.
