Trupanion Pet Insurance – 30-Day Free Trial
To maintain your two-year genetic health guarantee, puppy buyers are required to continue pet insurance.

We’ve partnered with Trupanion Pet Insurance to provide a free 30-day trial, so you can assess if their coverage is a good fit for you and your puppy.

How It Works

  1. Sign-Up:
    • At puppy pick-up, you will be given a promo code for the 30-day free trial.
    • You must sign up within 24 hours of puppy pick-up.
    • No credit card information is required to activate the trial.
  2. Coverage:
    • Your puppy will be covered for 30 days under a policy that works exactly like a paid policy.
    • Trupanion will pay 90% of necessary treatments, less a $250 deductible per condition.
    • Waiting periods are waived during the 30-day trial.
  3. After 30 Days:
    • The policy will lapse automatically unless you contact Trupanion to continue coverage by submitting payment.
    • Trupanion will remind you via email and/or text before your deadline.
    • There is no obligation to continue; the free trial is a gift from Trupanion.
